What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out by 10:00 AM.

What are the reception hours?

Our reception desk is at your service daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Our multilingual staff is pleased to assist you in Italian and English.

Where is the property and how can I reach it?

The property is located in the heart of Bergamo "Città Bassa" (Lower Town), at Via Pinamonte da Brembate, 5. Our strategic location ensures easy access:

    • By Train: We are situated just a 10-minute walk from Bergamo Railway Station, the main hub for regional trains.
    • By bus: We are situated just a 10-minute walk from the Line 1 (Airport Bus) stop at the station, which connects to/from Orio al Serio Airport (BGY).
    • By Car: From the A4 Milan-Venice motorway, take the "Bergamo" exit. Follow signs for the city center ("centro"); the property is located in an easily accessible area, well-connected to the main roads.

 

Is there parking?

Yes, we provide private parking. An additional fee applies, and reservation is highly recommended.

 

Does the property have an elevator?

Yes, all floors of the property are serviced by a modern elevator.

What accessibility features does the property have?

The property is barrier-free and offers accommodations specifically equipped for guests with reduced mobility.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, including all apartments and common areas.

 

Is your hotel pet-friendly?

Yes, small pets are welcome upon prior notice. An additional pet fee will be applied.

Do you provide a luggage storage service?

Certainly. We offer a complimentary luggage storage service for our guests on both arrival and departure days.

 

What amenities are included in the rooms?

All our apartments are equipped with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, and complimentary toiletries.

 

Is a city tax required?

Yes, the Bergamo City Tax applies. The amount must be paid upon check-in (exemptions may apply based on age or length of stay).

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and Maestro.

 

Check-in/check-out

How does check-in work?

Check-in takes place directly at our reception desk, located at Via Pinamonte da Brembate, 5, between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Upon arrival, our staff will be available to welcome you, complete registration, and provide your apartment keys. 

Is it possible to check-in after 8:00 PM?

If your arrival is scheduled after 8:00 PM, please call us at +39 0352296601 so that our night staff can grant you access to the lobby doors. We kindly ask that you notify the reception in advance if you expect a late arrival. The following morning, please come to the reception desk to complete your registration.

Can I request early check-in

An early check-in (before 3:00 PM) is possible only upon request and subject to availability of the apartment. We recommend contacting us in advance to verify feasibility. Alternatively, our complimentary luggage storage service is always available. 

Can I request late check-out?

Standard check-out is by 10:00 AM. A late check-out is possible only upon request, subject to availability and the application of an additional fee. We invite you to contact the reception during your stay. 

What are the front desk hours?

Our reception desk is at your service daily, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

 

Property & services

Is a transfer service available?

We do not currently offer a private shuttle service. However, thanks to our proximity to the railway station (a 10-minute walk), you can easily use the Airport Bus line, which provides frequent connections between the property and Orio al Serio Airport (BGY).

Is there a charging station for electric cars?

Yes, our property stays up to date with modern mobility needs and features an electric vehicle (EV) charging station. The service is available to our guests for an additional fee.

Are children allowed at the property?

Certainly, families and children are more than welcome. Our apartments are spacious and ideal for family stays.

Rooms

Are baby cribs and cots available?

Children up to 6 years old can stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with their parents. Please note that the property does not provide cribs or extra beds.

Are rooms accessible?

Yes, all our apartments are accessible. To ensure maximum comfort and meet specific requirements, we kindly ask you to contact our reception in advance of your booking, so we can best arrange your stay.

 

Breakfast

Is breakfast included?

No, breakfast is not included in the rate. The service is based on consumption and can be paid for directly at the café from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM.

Where is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served at the property’s café. You can choose to enjoy it at the bar counter or seated at the available tables.

What kind of breakfast is served?

We offer a classic Italian breakfast with coffee, cappuccino, and fresh pastries. Please note that this is not a buffet service but based on individual orders at the bar or table.

Are gluten-free, vegetarian, or vegan options available?

Yes, options for vegetarians are available. We invite you to request these specific products directly from the bar staff.

Restaurants & bars

Is there a restaurant at the property?

Yes, the property features an on-site restaurant, open for both lunch and dinner, offering local specialties and traditional cuisine.

Are gluten-free, vegetarian, or vegan options available?

Certainly. Our restaurant and bar offer dedicated options for celiacs, vegetarians, and vegans. We kindly invite you to inform our staff of any allergies or dietary preferences when ordering to ensure the best possible service.

 

Is there a bar on site?

Yes, there is an on-site bar where you can enjoy breakfast (from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM), coffee, appetizers, and drinks throughout the day.

 

Spa, pool & gym

Is there a wellness center at the property?

Yes, we feature a relaxation area with a sauna (up to 45°C/113°F). Our services also include an on-site hair salon, beautician, and massage treatments, available upon reservation on specific days of the week.

What are the wellness center hours?

The wellness area is open from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For beauty treatments, hair salon, and massages, please contact the reception to check availability and book your appointment.

Do you provide a SPA kit?

No, the property does not provide towels or Spa kits; we kindly ask you to bring your own. Slippers (or flip-flops) and a swimming cap are mandatory, and are available for purchase at the reception desk.

Is there a pool at the property?

Yes, we have an indoor heated pool. Please note that the use of a swim cap is mandatory.

What are the pool hours?

The pool is open from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.  

Is there a gym available at the property?

Yes, the property features an on-site gym available for our guests. 

What are the gym hours?

The gym follows the wellness area hours, from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Yes, our reception staff provides a concierge service and is available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM to offer information, recommendations, and logistical assistance during your stay.

We would be delighted to provide assistance and local insights to help you discover the beauty of the area. At the reception, you will find informative materials and our best recommendations for itineraries, local guides, and experiences.
